TEDxNYED

Now, this certainly does not have any direct correlation with Art Therapy..buuuuuut I found it pretty interesting and made some connections! Over the weekend I volunteered at the TEDxNYED event in the city. Not only was it eye opening to see how crazy things are behind the scenes of such a huge event but I got to sit in on some pretty interesting lectures. The whole event was about the future of education, being divided into talks about participation, openness, media, networks and action. I'd like to see some talks on just how important art and creativity is to ones education!
